In Excel, to add or remove the Filter icons when the active cell is in a data list, use Ctrl + Shift + L Filters allow you to only see certain rows in the data list - when a filter has been applied the row numbers on the left of the screen turn blue.
The keyboard shortcut to insert the SUM function is Alt + = Hold the Alt key down and press = key.
