Change in Ctrl Key Selections

Do you use the Ctrl key and the mouse to select multiple ranges? Well you may want to watch this short video.

If you don’t use the mouse and the Ctrl key than you may also want to watch the video as you will learn a useful trick.

 

In the latest versions of Excel you can change a Ctrl key selection after you make it by selecting it again.

By holding the Ctrl key down you can select multiple separate ranges. To remove a selected range just select it again. It doesn’t have to be the last range you selected, but obviously you would notice an issue as soon as you select it.
