“I wish I’d known that last week, it would have saved me so much time.”

“I wish I’d known that last month, I did it manually and it took ages.”

Many users are self-taught and may have learned the long way to do common tasks. Excel has lots of shortcuts.

Each new version of Excel adds features, but many people are unaware of them and are still using Excel the same way they did 10 or 15 years ago.
